We're in our 8th year of buying coffee from the producers of San Pedro Yosotatu. Each year the coffees are more refined, cleaner, sweeter with longevity - these are the building blocks of excellent, quality coffee. This stability is a credit to the producers -  vitally enhanced through their partnership with Red Fox Coffee Merchants.  This year's Yoso is lovely, clean, elegant, soft. Oaxacan coffee is so good. On espresso expect Dulce de leche and panela.
