Shipping & Returns

We roast your coffee to order! Currently, we roast for online orders on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.

  • We aim to ship all online orders as soon as possible. However, due to the above roasting schedule, orders received after 1pm Tuesday may be shipped the following Monday.
  • Please note that all US orders may experience shipping delays at the border.
  • All coffees sold as whole beans unless requested otherwise.


We currently ship only within Canada and the USA, and we offer local delivery for only $3 within a 10km radius.

Within Canada*
We are pleased to offer a flat $10 shipping rate and free shipping on any coffee order over $50 (before tax) within Canada.

Orders are sent Expedited Parcel with Canada Post or via FedEx. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

Note: If you’re concerned about a longer shipping time, don’t be! Our coffees are shipped freshly roasted, and it serves them well to rest for a few days.

USA Shipping*
We ship coffee fresh to the USA as well. Due to additional shipping costs, there is a minimum shipping fee of $20 for up to 6lbs - more for larger weights or longer distances. Wholesale accounts please contact us for rates.

We do not ship merchandise or equipment to the USA, and subscriptions will incur additional shipping fees.

* Some exceptions may apply for shipments to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI, and Hawaii.


HOLIDAYS: Expect a 1-2 day shipping delay. 

Local / Victoria Residents
For residents of Victoria we offer local delivery for $3 within a 10km radius of BOWS.
Deliveries are made on Monday and Thursday. Your delivery day will depend on when you order and where it lands on our roasting schedule. If a statutory holiday falls on a delivery day, your coffee will be delivered on the following delivery day (e.g. if Monday is a holiday, we will deliver your order on Thursday). You will receive an email notification the day your coffee is being dropped off.



RETURNS: We do not accept returns. Nevertheless, we encourage all feedback on our coffee, and if an error occurs with your order, we want to know about it! Please contact us with your concerns, and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.
