Shipping & Returns

We roast your coffee to order! Currently, we roast for online orders on Sundays and Mondays.

  • We aim to ship all online orders as soon as possible. However, due to the above roasting schedule, orders received after 1pm Monday may be shipped the following Monday.
  • Please note that all US orders may experience shipping delays at the border.
  • All coffees sold as whole beans unless requested otherwise.


Our standard shipping is within Canada and the USA, if you're located else where please contact us as we are willing to ship at other locations.

We offer local delivery for  $3 within a 10km radius. We will charge you appropriate shipping rates if you're further than 10km radius.

Within Canada*
We are pleased to offer free shipping over $60 (before tax) and cover 50% of your shipping fees if you spend less.
Orders are sent Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Express delivery is available for an additional fee, please contact us for Express delivery inquiries. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

Note: If you’re concerned about a longer shipping time, don’t be! Our coffees are shipped freshly roasted, and it serves them well to rest for a few days.

USA Shipping*
We ship coffee fresh to the USA via Fedex. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout according to carrier rates. Wholesale accounts please contact us for rates.

We do not ship merchandise or equipment to the USA.

* Some exceptions may apply for shipments to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI, and Hawaii. Please contact us to please orders to these locations.


HOLIDAYS: Expect a 2-3 day shipping delay. 

Local / Victoria Residents
For residents of Victoria we offer local delivery for $3 within a 10km radius of BOWS. If you are further than 10km, we offer free delivery on orders over $60 (before tax) and cover 50% of your shipping rates on orders less. 


Deliveries are made on Thursday. Your delivery day will depend on when you order and where it lands on our roasting schedule. If a statutory holiday falls on a delivery day, your coffee will be delivered on the following delivery day. You will receive an email notification the day your coffee is being dropped off.



RETURNS: We do not accept returns. Nevertheless, we encourage all feedback on our coffee, and if an error occurs with your order, we want to know about it! Please contact us with your concerns, and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.
