Our second Peruvian coffee of the season is from Esther Fernandez in Colasay. This is our 4th year buying from Esther, her son Milton and nephew, Yonal. Similar to the Padilla family in La Coipa, we are concentrating our buying volume with extended families. Juicy, clean, delicious, 100% bourbon variety. Pulped, washed and dried on raised beds at the farm. This coffee is gorgeous. Fruit forward, floral and delicate.
