The siblings and cousins share a healthy sized farm and submit lots separately though manage production together. We wanted to feature Eufemia's coffee this year, because it's been a good harvest but is an especially clear, clean version of the variety pache San Ramón which is a common and traditional coffee of the region. Currants, flan, red grapes. Consistent, well processed coffees, produced at the family farm level, despite all the continual problems associated with climate change AND scoring 86 routinely are significant achievements that deserve attention.
