Their farm/home is in Ihuamaca, northwest of Chirinos. and as has become the standard for all the coffees we buy from San Ignacio region, expect sweet, clean cups with subtle fruit and good acidity. This lot is fully washed with a short anaerobic fermentation, common practice in the region - but often goes unmentioned.
